First day...
Site analysis and met the clients... measured the site and had fun at lunch at tampines mall...Swensons's treat originally but didn feel good about letting Cindy spend so much so we just ate FC then paid individually... went back to school in the afternoon for lecture and started with the production...
Day 2...
wow! breakfast from Cindy~ Mr Bean cookie stuff =D work work work... we sat in a fun manner, out side with all the tables to us! worked fun together and it was really enjoyable with my good buddies Amanda Alice Sok Hui (all 3 are Cancereans lols, such conicidence)...=D and the fun people from 0102 Lopez Wee Chai Jenping and Rebecca =D made good frens... music blastin and the whole studio was ours!! hahas...
Day 3...
Breakfast of Donuts from FC3 hahs... contined to do work...Cindy came down now and then to check upon up and help us through our hopelessy -_- designs... hahas...Had fun playing in the studio, teasing each other.. felt really bonded..Cindy was really cute =D the way she teased Alice... "Alice, i want 6 models from u" "see? now increase to 8" by the end of the workshop the number actually went up to 12 hahahsh... how naughty was Alice man.. hahs...
Day 4...
Doriyaki~ YUM...we learnt some hand rendering today and Cindy was so nice to let us play with her huge! collection of Copic markers colour pencils etc... drools.. it was like wow... we saw works of Cindy, she was stingy, only showed 1 or 2 hahs.. but i was like O_O wow.. hahs... afternoon the guys screened a Thai horror movie.. -_-.. hahs.. scary... and yea, music after that... work work~
Day 5...
Yum... polar cakes =D work work as usual.... the laughter etc =D we also set up a mini library within the studio itself... it was cool as it realy promoted the idea of looking through books etc... =D
Day 6 and 7
Did work with Alice... hahs.. nearly puked blooddd(nahhhs... jokin jokin) was fun though.. never been able to do work with such concentration and at such long span.. i think this workshop has worked wonders =DDD
Day 8
Mooncake breakfast! hahas.. Cindy was so sweet to have gotten Veggie mooncake for me =DD Thanks so much Cindy.. very sweet of you... Continued work in a mad rush for the panels had to be printed tml and a presentation to Cindy was to be at 3 in school... ya, so work work... skyped with Alice and smsed Amanda and Msned Sok Hui... encouraged each other to work through the night...
Day 9
Mad rush continues... Cindy was as usual very nice and postponed the submission till 4pm instead... but in the end... -_- we only left the printing shops at 4pm.... so she actually suggested that she come down to Dhoby Gaut instead... soooo nice... had lunch at Mos at 4.30 -_-... met Cindy at Mac in PS and u know what?! we had to present to her at MAC!! so 1 by one we held our panels and sat down presenting to her... so funny but it felt really nice... with her and everyone, i never felt design lessons this way... felt really good... she is very encouraging too.... after that, went walk walk with Alice and Amanda... those 2 as usual, squabbling away... me keeping out of the way incase i every get hit! =P jkjk went home and did some modifications that Cindy asked for and yea, slept man~...too lazy to think of the script...
Day 10... last day.. ;_; sobsss...
Morning went all the way to Clarke Quay to present to 5 judges... OMY...all 8 met up and took quite a while to find the Ulu building -_- KMG like so budget lah... ahahahs.... knew it from the brief, but didn know its sooo budget... hahs... the place looked like a abandoned building from the back... hahs.... Cindy knew that we'd be late so she actually gave us an earlier timing... shucks, know us so well.. hahs... went to Liang Court mac for breakfast before going for the presentation.. 1by 1 we went up and presentated... drew lots the previous day and i was the 4th hahs... Lopez's presentation was really good... 0102's works were really O_O wow.... haiz.. much to brush up... =( results will only be out next week or so... well, keep our fingers crossed.. hahhs... took group photos.. will post pics next time...
After that, we went to Central for lunch...at a Japanese restraunt... whoa~.. cool.. first time eating real jap food... hahs..
Kyomomoyama... hahas.. this is the yasai tempura? ? i dk man.. its yasai sth... which mean ye cai, wild vegetables sth... yummy =D but ex of course....$6 hahas.. i think i choose the cheapest on the menu.. well, its the only thing on the menu i can take ~ hahs.. nevertheless, its yummy...Had a fun time there... esp with Cindy too.. hahs.. we took pics, even a video~ =D will post them up next time... will post them here so look at this post again kk?
The crazy bill.. hahs... Cindy was so nice to us, so we decided to give her a treat instead! and shared the bill amongst the 8 of us... =D i hope she's touched.. hahs... will post the pics soon.. once we get them from Cindy~... was a fun workshop... really loved everything... everythng =D lols.. at the end there was even a evaluation form about the workshop.. i guess most of us choose strongly agree for almost everything man.. =D Hope this bond with everyone and Cindy continues and grows stronger.. =D
well, missed my budds from HMers sad couldn all 8 enter =( but nvm.. school reopening soon... will see and be with them soon =D kinda dreading school cos it means ITP soon... so unprepared... summore u guys know that i lost like everything loh.... so... -__-.... ... have to start from scratch this hols? OMY lah... -_-... siannnnn.... but hope all goes well.. add oil JM!!! will post the pics soon... =D
